Greeting Cards? Who buys them?

I recently read an article on the spruce.com about who buys Greeting cards

1.) More than7 billion greeting cards are purchased every year with the annual retail sales of greeting cards are estimated at more than $7.5 billion.
2.)Nine out of every ten households buy greeting cards each year.  (I need to research how many cards are created)  The average household buys thirty individual greeting cards a year.
3.)According to the Greeting Card Association, women account for eighty percent of greeting card sales. This means that four out of five purchases are going to be made by a woman. .
4.)When men buy cards they are likely to buy cards for special occasions and generally only for their partner and family.
5.)A greeting card can cost anything from 50 cents through to 10 dollars in a retail store. The average price of a greeting card falls between the $2 – $4 price band.
6.)The Greeting Card Association also reports that cards featuring special techniques, intricate designs, and new technologies are at the top of the price scale. This would suggest that handmade cards that feature lots of detail and unique designs should be able to command higher prices.
I have been doing craft shows for several years and I know that I do not ask enough for my cards, but I want them to brighten someone's day.  What was the last card you purchased?

How about a cute sample?  This card and cute treat bag made with the Pick a Pattern DSP.
